The key difference is that all our consultants are full time employees. We take care of interviewing candidates and provide a work environment with quality systems, workspace and support to maximize productivity. Unlike freelancers, our employees are devoted to giving their best to the work they are doing and do not need to ‘bid’ for projects on the side.
You do not need to spend days posting bids, interviewing candidates, verifying references, sifting through bids, then micromanaging consultants.
What assurance do I have that the consultant is qualified?
We have high standards for recruiting. Candidates go through several rounds of interviews including hallway testing where we ask them to design or code a given task. Our Senior team members observe quality of deliverables as well as how the candidate goes about achieving it. We value attention to detail, aptitude attitude, past experience, maturity as well as academic credentials.
If you are signing up for more that 2 months then we can arrange for interview over a video call.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes we can sign NDA. We have a NDA ready to sign, or, you can send us your NDA to sales@projectsjunction.com
Do you provide hosting services?
At present we do NOT provide hosting services ourselves.
But we can and do configure production hosting for our clients. We can recommend a hosting provider as per your budget and requirements. You sign up with the provider and our sys admins will configure it for you. Our sys admins can configure setups ranging from simple sites to complex, high performance auto-scaling cloud deployments.
What if there is a problem with the code or quality of service?
There is a Project Manager and Auditor assigned to your project. Communicate your concern immediately to the Project Manager. If you not wish to post on Basecamp, you can email the Project Manager directly.
If your concern is not addressed within 24 hours escalate to Auditor assigned on your project and it will taken up by the management on priority.
Do you have a refund policy?
Installation services come with money back guarantee.
For design and programming services, pro-rata refund for unconsumed services can be given at management’s discretion. Pro-rata refund is calculated on basis of services delivered.
Can you build an offsite team as per our requirement? And I want to interview developers myself.
Yes, we can and do arrange interviews with clients directly. This is done in cases where requirements are long term. We take on team members selected by you as permanent employees. This is why we need a commitment of at least 8 months.
