Usability Evaluations

We evaluate your site or application to make sure that the flow of navigation and organization meet end-user expectations. These evaluations are conducted by observing what actions users take as they try to perform a variety of tasks on your web site or application.
We create User Profiles and Personas to understand who the target audiences and how they will interact through Storytelling. UX designers tell stories and teach information by engaging emotions of users and drawing on familiar elements. We can provide you with a detailed report of problem areas and make recommendations on what improvements can be made.

A/B Testing

Compare the effectiveness and quality of experience of different user interfaces.
This is done by proposing or creating multiple versions of a design and then conducting the test. This is a Google based service and will require extra cost. The cost is based on keyword pricing and campaign parameters.

Wireframes and Prototypes

Based on review and using the software, our UX specialist will develop wireframes of different layouts, create different user interface prototypes, and test designs with users that represent target audience.

Design Patterns

Patterns provide consistency and a way of finding the most effective “tool” for the job. With user interface design patterns, for example, picking the right UI elements for certain tasks based on their effectiveness leads to better and more familiar experiences. UX designers not only propose design patterns that are used on other websites, but develop custom patterns specifically for your current project. For example:

  • whether to show complete login panel in expanded form or use collapsed menu with an arrow which takes less space on the page and is easy to use.
  • follow grid view to show user images or develop an interactive carousal

Content Inventory

Content inventory is an organized list of pages for a software. This involves analyzing what content and pages currently exist. Content refers to everything that appears on a screen, including copy, images, files, videos, etc. This inventory will list every page’s filename, title, URL, and possibly its file type and a description. Doing a content inventory is a step towards proposing changes in information architecture to enhance the user experience (e.g. user flow, findability and efficiency).
